Traffic across the Danube Bridge Vidin–Calafat is taking place under difficult winter conditions. A snow cover is present in the area, making the road surface slippery and, in places, difficult to pass.
The roadway has been treated, and snow removal and gritting operations are ongoing to ensure safer travel conditions. Drivers should proceed with caution and adjust their speed to the road conditions, as well as allow snow-clearing vehicles to pass without obstruction.
