The branch was registered on June 26, 2013 in the Commercial Register of the Ministry of Justice of Romania under the name "Danube Bridge Vidin-Calafat" AD-Calafat Branch, Romania.

The branch has the following scope of activity:

  • Control, maintenance and rehabilitation of the bridge facility;
  • Maintenance of the road infrastructure of the site and reconstruction of the road;
  • Collection of tolls for road vehicles in the direction of Romania-Bulgaria;
  • Other activities assigned to the branch under the bilateral agreement.

Mr. Titu Mungiu - Director of "Danube Bridge Vidin-Calafat" AD, Calafat Branch, Romania

Mr. Titu Mungiu holds an economics degree from the University of Craiova. He managed the Agency for Car Transport and Transportation AD, Bucharest, Calafat branch, and also held the position of "credit inspector" at Bank Post AD, Calafat branch.

The Board of Directors of the Company elected on 19.06.2013 Mr. Titu Mungiu to manage and represent the branch. The branch manager has full representative authority regarding the activities of the branch. The branch consists of one manager, an administrative unit consisting of 8 people, an Accounting Department – ​​2 people and a "TOL System" Department – ​​34 people.
